Actor Jeremy Renner recently revealed that he had written a goodbye note for his loved ones after a snow plough accident left him fearing for his life. The incident occurred while Renner was on set filming his new series, “Mayor of Kingstown”.
Renner, best known for his roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the “Mission: Impossible” franchise, shared the story during a recent appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show”. He explained that while shooting in Montana, he had a near-death experience when a snow plough nearly hit him.
The incident left Renner shaken and thinking about his mortality. “I had a goodbye note ready in my pocket,” he revealed. “I was thinking about all the things that I would want to say to my loved ones if I died that day.”
Renner went on to explain that the experience was a wake-up call for him and made him realize how much he values his life and the people in it. “It makes you appreciate life, that it’s so fragile,” he said. “And when you’re thinking about your life, and the value of it, you think about the people that you love and that are important to you.”
The actor also talked about how the incident has changed his perspective on life and made him want to focus on things that really matter. “I’m really trying to put my attention on my family and my friends and the people that matter to me,” he said. “I’m trying to be more present in my life, and appreciate every moment that I have.”
Renner’s story is a reminder that life is precious and that we should cherish every moment we have with the people we love. It’s also a reminder that accidents can happen at any time, and we should always be prepared for the worst. As Renner himself put it, “We never know when our time is up, so we need to live our lives to the fullest and make the most of every moment.”
