F1 engineering meets artisanal design in the 2025 Prodrive Racing Simulator, now featuring bespoke finishes and concierge-level service.

Prodrive has officially revealed its latest evolution of the Prodrive Racing Simulator, a bold fusion of motorsport precision and high-end British craftsmanship. Launched at Bang & Olufsen’s Mayfair flagship, the 2025 model transforms the concept of a racing simulator into a sculptural centerpiece for enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Originally conceptualized by former Formula 1 team principal David Richards and designed by renowned automotive designer Ian Callum, this simulator isn’t just a training device—it’s a showcase of luxury engineering. The latest edition brings in a curated group of British artisans to elevate the design with custom detailing and heritage materials.

Connolly, the legendary leather supplier to Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin, has tailored the simulator’s interior with hand-finished hides. Vaughtons, makers of Olympic medals and Aston Martin badges, contribute bespoke metal detailing, while Pendennis, famed for its superyachts, adds a sculptural, steam-formed wooden exterior reminiscent of fine pianos and luxury boats.

Inside, the carbon-fiber monocoque chassis is suspended within a dramatic wooden hoop, framing a 49-inch curved display, advanced pedal system, and motorsport-grade steering—all designed to mirror the visceral feel of professional racing. Bang & Olufsen enhances the immersion with standard Beoplay HX headphones and optional Beosound A9 speakers for a premium audio experience.

Despite its technical sophistication, the simulator requires only a single power cable for setup. Each unit is offered with a full concierge service, including customization, delivery, and support, and comes protected in a tailored Goodwool cover.

Starting in July 2025, the Prodrive Racing Simulator will be on display at Harrods and Auto Vivendi, giving motorsport fans and collectors a chance to experience the pinnacle of performance simulation, luxury design, and British innovation—all in one breathtaking package.
