Resorts World Las Vegas has joined the vibrant culinary scene of Las Vegas with its debut food festival, Indulge: A Week of Food, Culture, and Entertainment. Running until June 7, the event coincides with the highly anticipated arrival of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas, promising a lineup of meticulously curated events celebrating diverse dining experiences.
Daniel Ontiveros, Corporate Executive Chef of Carver Road Hospitality, a distinguished graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, leads the culinary team. Executive Chef Devin Hashimoto of Resorts World Las Vegas brings his expertise in delivering award-winning cuisine and innovative dining concepts to the event. Francesco Lafranconi, VP of Beverage & Hospitality Culture for Carver Road Hospitality, a renowned mixologist and industry consultant, adds his expertise in crafting exceptional beverage experiences.
The culinary lineup includes talents like John Liu, Executive Chef of Chifa in Los Angeles, known for his leadership at the Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Co-Executive Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George of Camphor in Los Angeles, both with backgrounds from Alain Ducasse’s Blue in Bangkok, bring their Michelin-starred prowess to the table. Nicole Brisson, Executive Chef and Partner of Brezza and Bar Zazu in Las Vegas, renowned for her contributions to Eataly and health board leadership, contributes her culinary vision.
Phillip Frankland Lee, Owner and Executive Chef of Scratch Restaurants in Southern California, known for his Michelin-starred establishments, showcases his culinary skills. Ray Garcia, Owner and Executive Chef of ¡VIVA! in Los Angeles, celebrated for his innovative approach, brings his culinary creations to the festival. Tal Ronnen, Owner and Executive Chef at Crossroads Kitchen in Los Angeles, a pioneer in vegan cuisine and bestselling author, rounds out the stellar lineup.
Resorts World Las Vegas serves as the official partner of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, hosting both the opening and closing events. The Welcome Dinner at Carversteak kicks off the festivities, featuring a bespoke menu crafted by Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros and mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, alongside chefs from the prestigious former No.1s on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The Official 50 Best Closing Party at Allē Lounge on 66 concludes the event, featuring Executive Chef Devin Hashimoto and Executive Chef Tal Ronnen, highlighting a variety of clean dishes including vegan and vegetarian options.
