Nike is preparing to launch a special edition collaboration featuring the Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One, scheduled to debut in September 2024. This announcement follows the successful launch of Tekken 8 earlier this year, which quickly surpassed two million copies sold in its first month, exceeding its predecessor.
The Tekken 8 x Nike Air Foamposite One showcases a unique colorway in Armory Navy, Metallic Dark Grey, and Burgundy Crush. Featuring an iridescent shell with a thematic print, the sneaker is accented by black details on the leather eyestays, laces, and tongue. Exclusive Tekken-inspired motifs adorn the tongue and sockliner branding, while a vibrant red “FIST” graphic embellishes the icy translucent outsole. The package includes a special box featuring Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama from the game’s cover art.
Nike’s collaboration on the Air Foamposite One highlights the sneaker’s resurgence, bolstered by upcoming projects such as the COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS collection and the anticipated return of the “Galaxy” design in 2025.
