    This Week’s Footwear Highlights: Supreme x Nike Clogposites and More

    As September ushers in the start of American football season, with college games already delivering excitement and the NFL gearing up for its 2024-25 opener between the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs, sneaker enthusiasts have plenty to look forward to. This week’s top footwear drops feature releases from Nike, New Balance, Crocs, PUMA, and adidas.

    Before we dive into the upcoming releases, let’s recap last week’s key sneaker news. Nike introduced a “Halloween”-themed Dunk Low and provided a first look at this year’s Stash x Nike Air Force 1 Low. The highly anticipated Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration inspired by The Wizard of Oz also made waves. Jordan Brand unveiled the Air Jordan 12 “Phantom” and gave us glimpses of the Air Jordan 5 “Black Metallic Reimagined” and Air Jordan 4 NET. Rumors circulated about potential 2025 drops, including the Air Jordan 12 “French Blue 2.0” and Air Jordan 11 “Black/Red/Grey,” while the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Pink Pack” was reportedly canceled.

    In other sneaker news, Stone Island and New Balance teased their upcoming project, a monochromatic 991v2 featuring Stone Island’s signature badge. Anthony Edwards x adidas samples surfaced, hinting at the AE2, and norda previewed its norda 005 sneaker, set for a spring release. Additionally, Steven Smith recently discussed his departure from Ye’s team with Fast Company.
