Tove Lo and SG Lewis have joined forces to deliver a sizzling summer EP titled “Heat”. This collaborative project features Tove Lo on vocals and SG Lewis handling production, with both artists co-writing the four-track EP.

The EP kicks off with its title track, “Heat”, setting the tone with pulsating synths and captivating beat drops that make it ideal for club settings. Accompanying the track is a bold and NSFW music video, released during Pride month and inspired by the vibrant queer nightlife of London. The video celebrates liberation and freedom, featuring sweaty dancers, provocative imagery, and an unapologetically raunchy aesthetic. This serves as the first chapter of a larger narrative, with three more music videos slated for release.

Following “Heat” is “Let me go OH OH”, a track that channels early 2000s pop vibes with Tove Lo’s sultry vocals and a catchy, hypnotic hook. Tove Lo herself drew inspiration from Kylie Minogue’s iconic hit “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” for this track, aiming to create something equally sexy and captivating.

The EP continues with “Busy Girl”, a song brimming with powerful and self-assured lyrics. Tove Lo delivers lines like “I got skills, I got power. Every second, minute, hour. I am good at what I do. B*tch, I’m better than you,” exuding confidence and energy that slows down the tempo just enough for listeners to fully immerse themselves in the track.

Closing out the EP is “Desire”, a trance-inspired track that harkens back to the energetic electro-house sounds of the 2000s. SG Lewis aimed to evoke a nostalgic yet emotional vibe, crafting a track perfect for late-night club settings or introspective listening sessions. “Desire” serves as a fitting conclusion to the EP, leaving listeners with a high-energy, memorable experience.

“Heat” by Tove Lo and SG Lewis is now available for streaming on all major platforms, offering listeners a journey through infectious beats, evocative vocals, and a blend of nostalgic and contemporary musical influences. Experience the EP and watch the captivating “Heat” music video to delve into the dynamic world created by these two talented artists.
