First launched in the 1980s, the Sound Burger carved out a cult following with its compact, portable design, offering vinyl lovers a way to enjoy records on the move—perfectly capturing the analog charm of the era. This latest drop sees the release of a new, limited-edition model: the AT-SB727 WS Sound Burger, a sleek update imbued with dual branding and a minimalist white finish that speaks to both retro style and modern aesthetics.
In addition to the player, the collection features co-branded lifestyle pieces, including a white graphic T-shirt and a redesigned Multi Record Bag. The bag arrives with a practical new feature—a detachable compartment made specifically for safely storing the Sound Burger on the go, blending fashion and function in classic WIND AND SEA style.
The full collection will launch on May 12. The AT-SB727 WS Sound Burger is priced at ¥39,600 JPY (approximately $273 USD) and will be available via WIND AND SEA and Audio-Technica’s online stores. Meanwhile, the T-shirt and record bag are available for pre-order from May 12 through May 18 exclusively through both brands’ digital storefronts.
