At NXT TakeOver: WarGames, Undisputed ERA reigned ultimate over NXT Tag Team Champions Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch, Pat McAfee, and Pete Dunne. The Undisputed ERA lower back to WarGames for the fourth time and despatched Kyle O’Reilly to the cage first. Meanwhile, Team Candice triumphed over Team Shotzi in a couple of chaotic WarGames Matches. Plus, Johnny Gargano recaptured the North American Championship in a debatable fashion.
Austin Theory helps Johnny Gargano reign supreme over Leon Ruff and Damian Priest:
In a fast-paced Triple Threat Match, Johnny Gargano overcame Leon Ruff and Damian Priest to become the NXT North American Champion for a third time, with outside help. In one standout moment, Gargano even tied up Priest withinside the ropes of the second ring, however, Damian, in the end, used his length to combat free. Then, a barrage of ghost-confronted assailants all over again emerged to assault Priest. Priest fought them off and reengaged his opponents. But simply whilst it gave the impression of Priest may reign ultimately on Gargano with the Reckoning, some other masked assailant emerged at the apron and smashed Priest with a pipe.
