Shake Shack is serving up a taste of the Middle East with the stateside debut of its limited-edition Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake—now available at select locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami.
Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar that took social media by storm earlier this year, the decadent shake is a nod to the beloved regional treat, known for its luscious pistachio cream and knafeh combination. The shake features rich pistachio frozen custard blended with crispy toasted kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), encased in a crackable dark chocolate shell, and finished with a generous topping of chopped pistachios and more crunchy kataifi for added texture.
Originally introduced in Shake Shack’s Middle Eastern outposts this February, the shake quickly became a regional favorite. Its rising global fanbase has now prompted the brand to bring this luxurious dessert experience to a select few U.S. locations.
But be quick—due to the intricate preparation and premium ingredients, quantities are extremely limited. The shake is available only in person, and each participating store will offer a restricted number daily while supplies last.
