Actor Jeremy Renner recently opened up about a life-threatening accident he experienced while filming his new movie “Snow Plow.” In an exclusive interview , Renner recounted the harrowing experience and discussed the impact it had on his life.
The accident occurred while Renner was shooting a scene in which his character was driving a snow plow through a blizzard. During filming, the snow plow hit a hidden object and flipped over, trapping Renner underneath it. “It was definitely the most terrifying moment of my life,” Renner . “I thought I was going to die. I was completely trapped and couldn’t move.”
Renner was rescued by the film crew and rushed to a nearby hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery for multiple injuries, including a fractured rib and a collapsed lung. “It was a long road to recovery,” Renner said. “Physically, it was very challenging, but emotionally it was even harder. It really made me reevaluate my priorities and what’s important in life.”
Renner said that the accident also gave him a new perspective on the risks involved in his profession. “As an actor, you’re always trying to push the boundaries and take risks,” Renner said. “But after what happened, I realized that sometimes the risks just aren’t worth it. It’s not worth putting your life in danger for a movie.”
Despite the challenges he faced, Renner said that the experience ultimately made him stronger and more appreciative of life. “I feel incredibly grateful to be alive,” Renner said. “It’s made me appreciate every moment and every opportunity that comes my way.” Renner’s new movie “Snow Plow” is set to be released later this year.
