Corteiz and Nike are back with a second collaboration on the iconic Air Trainer Huarache, following the success of their earlier “Flat Pewter” release. This time, the duo is unveiling the “Light Bone” colorway, a fresh iteration set to drop with a special event in Manchester on November 16.
The Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Huarache “Light Bone” carries over several key elements from the previous release. The midfoot strap features Corteiz’s signature Alcatraz logo embossed on it, while the brand’s “C” logo appears on the toe. The tonal Swoosh, a standout detail from the earlier drop, covers much of the toe box. Though a detailed shot of the heel has yet to surface, it’s likely to feature the familiar “RTW” co-branding seen on the previous model. The light gray base color is punctuated by a forest camo neoprene layer, adding a subtle yet striking contrast.
As with the “Flat Pewter” release, this new “Light Bone” colorway will be extremely limited. A global release has not yet been confirmed, but the collaboration will kick off with an exclusive event in Manchester. At this event, sneakerheads will have the chance to compete for a pair of the shoes—possibly for free. The event’s exact location in Manchester will be announced soon, so keep an eye on Corteiz’s social media channels for further details and updates.
The Corteiz x Nike Air Trainer Huarache “Light Bone” will retail for $210 USD. Be sure to stay tuned for updates regarding a possible wider release later this year.
