The pop star married George Daniel, drummer of the British band The 1975, in a stylish and intimate ceremony held on Saturday, July 19, in London. The couple exchanged vows at the historic Hackney Town Hall, where they were seen sharing a kiss on the steps outside the venue, surrounded by close friends and family.
True to her edgy and unconventional style, Charli chose a wedding look that made a statement. She wore a white off-the-shoulder minidress designed by Vivienne Westwood, featuring a structured corset bodice that highlighted her waist. The short hemline and asymmetrical draping gave the look a modern, rebellious twist. She paired the dress with a sheer tulle veil, classic white pumps, and a bouquet of fresh white blooms.

Charli and George first crossed paths at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in 2019 and began dating in 2021. Beyond their romantic connection, they’ve also collaborated creatively—Daniel played a key role in Charli’s sixth studio album, Brat, contributing to standout tracks like “Club Classics” and “Apple.”
The pair announced their engagement in late 2023 with a now-deleted Instagram post from Charli featuring her engagement ring and a typically bold caption that read: “charli xcx and george daniel fucking for life!!!”
