The dress, custom-designed by Elisabetta Franchi, featured a sophisticated navy, off-the-shoulder bodice with a pleated neckline—echoing the elegance of Kelly’s original ensemble designed by Edith Head. Adding a contemporary twist, the gown included a high slit and shimmering silver embellishments in featherlike patterns flowing across the torso.
On social media, Gottlieb shared a glimpse of the look and thanked the designer, noting how meaningful it was to honor her grandmother’s legacy through fashion.
To complete the ensemble, she wore a diamond necklace with a large pendant, teardrop earrings, and a sparkling ring. Her hairstyle—a sleek, shoulder-length bun—further mirrored the classic look Grace Kelly was known for.
Although Gottlieb does not hold a royal title, she remains closely involved in causes across Monaco. She is particularly active in advocacy work, supporting organizations such as Be Safe Monaco, which promotes road safety, and SPA Monaco, which protects animal rights.
