Austin Gayne Is Living Proof Of The American Dream

Austin Gayne, the CEO OF S-FORCE and creator of SUPERX, may only be 29, however, he is showing people everywhere that age is just a number when you have big dreams.

Before hitting millionaire status, Gayne grew up with absolutely nothing. No father, no help, no money and was always being counted out. But, that only fueled him to push forward, grow his businesses and create opportunities for himself that led to the riches and successes he now has.

“Success is the combination of character traits and skill sets. The key character traits that contributed to my success were patience, resilience, adaptability and the determination to never let your dreams die — what I call the “cockroach” mentality or more commonly known as Darwin’s theory which states that survival isn’t determined by who is the smartest or strongest but by who is the most adaptable to change. The most critical skill set to my success was surrounding myself with people who constantly challenge me and make me feel like the dumbest person in the room. By doing this, you’re always able to lean on the experience of others to solve your problems and help you avoid mistakes, thus accelerating your skill sets and ultimately success more than anything else,” Gayne tells us in an exclusive conversation.

Through his hard work and dedication, Gayne is the man behind SUPERX, which merges activewear and pop culture and is the first company in the world to do this with officially licensed collections with Marvel, DC, Assassins Creed, GI Joe, Power Rangers, Dragon Ball Z and more. What’s more is that Gayne even licensed with Hasbro to bring forth the world’s first Power Rangers activewear tracksuit collection back in 2023, with new releases for the collection on the way soon.

And if that wasn’t enough, Gayne also runs S-FORCE, which creates strong and rugged jewelry and watches for athletic men. Gayne has transformed this brand so much that celebrities like Mario Lopez and athletes such as Kamaru Usman (UFC), Terrell Owens (NFL), Tony Ferguson (UFC) and bodybuilder Lee Priest are all fans of it.

So, how does he find the time?! Gayne reveals, “Managing my time effectively involves working long hours and having the incredible support of my wife, who ensures my personal life is well taken care of so I can focus on my businesses. Additionally, switching between the two companies and their different ideas energizes and refreshes me, making the workload feel more manageable.”

As for what’s next for him and his advice to all our readers wanting to create their own “American Dream”, Gayne leaves us off with this insight: “My true passion is charity. In the next five years, I plan to scale my businesses to achieve high eight-figure revenues so that I can use my profits to support this passion for charity, specifically by partnering with local animal shelters and existing charities to make a meaningful impact. My advice [for entrepreneurs] might be controversial, but my biggest regret is spending too much time on self-help books and motivational content. While they can initially help shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, the real progress comes from engaging with experienced experts and mentors in your field. This is not to be confused with social media “gurus” but instead, the CEO’s, CMO’s, CFO’s, COO’s and experts that work within large companies and often don’t even use social media. A major hack to connect with these individuals is using paid platforms like MentorPass or using Linkedin. The most successful entrepreneurs I know spend their time learning from experts and mentors who provide specific advice and insights. Unlike generalized books and podcasts, these interactions can offer precise solutions to your unique challenges, accelerating your path to success.”
