Drake has expanded his real estate holdings with the acquisition of the stunning Dos Brisas ranch in Washington, Texas, for a hefty $15 million USD.
Originally constructed in 2002 and spread across an expansive 313 acres, Dos Brisas was formerly operated as a resort until its closure in 2022 after 17 years of operation. The property is highlighted by a magnificent 14,300-square-foot Mediterranean-style residence and boasts an array of amenities, including an organic farm, equestrian facilities, a resort-style pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Surrounded by picturesque pecan trees, wildflowers, three ponds, and Peach Creek, the ranch offers a serene escape from the bustle of city life. Additionally, the property features several other haciendas, prompting speculation on whether Drake will consider transforming them into commercial ventures.
This acquisition follows a recent incident at Drake’s Bridle Path mansion in Toronto, where one of his security guards was shot and seriously injured earlier this month. The motive behind the attack remains undetermined as investigations continue.
With Dos Brisas now part of his property portfolio, Drake’s investment in real estate continues to reflect his commitment to acquiring prime assets across the globe.
