Ling Meng is a New York–based professional model, creative founder, and event host whose work spans fashion, music, and cultural production. With a background rooted in performance and design, she represents a new generation of multifaceted creatives who bridge artistic discipline with organizational leadership and execution.
At the age of 17, Ling won a modelling competition championship, earning early professional recognition in the fashion industry. Since then, she has participated in fashion weeks and fashion productions, working across runway, editorial, and event-based projects. Known for her strong on-set professionalism and presence, she approaches modelling not only as visual expression, but as a form of communication shaped by movement, posture, and intention.

Alongside modelling, Ling trained in classical music for over ten years, earning awards in competitive music settings. This rigorous training instilled discipline, emotional control, and a refined understanding of rhythm and timing—skills that later translated seamlessly into her work as a model and performer. The intersection of music and modelling became foundational to her creative identity, sharpening both her emotional intelligence and stage presence.
Driven by curiosity beyond performance alone, Ling pursued a Master’s degree in Design Management at Pratt Institute in New York, where she developed a strategic understanding of innovation, creative leadership, and organizational systems. Her academic training expanded her perspective from individual expression to collaborative creation, equipping her with the tools to translate vision into structured execution.
Shortly after graduating, Ling founded her own jewelry brand, expanding her role from model and performer to creative director and founder. Rather than focusing solely on product, she approached brand-building as a cultural and experiential practice—one that integrates design, storytelling, and human connection.
On December 14, Ling hosted and curated a fashion and cultural gathering in New York, bringing together designers, artists, entrepreneurs, and members of the city’s creative community. The event served as a recent example of her ability to organize, collaborate, and lead multidisciplinary teams, transforming creative ideas into cohesive, high-level experiences.
Today, Ling Meng continues to work as a New York–based professional model and creative founder, developing projects across fashion, jewelry, and cultural events. Her practice is defined by convergence: modelling sharpens her visual literacy, music strengthens her emotional depth, and design education provides strategic clarity. At the core of her work remains a consistent belief—that creativity gains meaning when it connects people.
