Kendrick Lamar has stormed into this week’s Billboard Hot 100 at the coveted No. 1 spot with his latest track “Not Like Us,” which also serves as a pointed diss towards Drake.
The song has made an impressive debut with 70.9 million official streams, backed by 5 million radio airplay audience impressions and 15,000 units sold in the US during its first week alone. This achievement marks Lamar’s fourth chart-topper, following previous hits like “Like That” featuring Future and Metro Boomin, “HUMBLE.,” and “Bad Blood” featuring Taylor Swift. Additionally, “Not Like Us” has clinched the No. 1 spot on multiple charts including Streaming Songs, Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, and Hot Rap Songs.
Lamar’s presence dominates the top 10 further, with “euphoria,” another track aimed squarely at Drake, making a significant leap from No. 11 to No. 3, while “Like That” climbs two spots to No. 6.
In a heated musical exchange, Drake also fires back with his own Lamar diss track titled “Family Matters,” which makes its debut at No. 7 this week. Despite Lamar’s initial surge, Drake’s offering pulls in 38 million streams, supported by 646,000 airplay audience impressions and 5,000 units sold. This achievement adds another notch to Drake’s impressive repertoire, marking his 78th Hot 100 top 10 entry and his 331st overall entry.
