Problem-solving is one of the most important aspects of running a business, and as an entrepreneur, one is responsible for being able to identify and solve the needs of one’s clients.Understanding how to approach a problem and identify a solution is critical to success. Growing up in a third-world country, Odesa, Ukraine, Marina Worre had to learn to be resourceful from an early age. Women were devalued, and the opportunity to start your own business or accumulate wealth was nearly nonexistent. Worre shows us the true meaning of what it takes to be resourceful.
With new social distancing laws being set in place during the pandemic, holding events with a large number of people in one room would not be possible for many companies. Determined and focused on finding a solution to the problem that her own company would soon face, Worre organized and launched her virtual event space, Worre Studios, in less than 3 months, a timeline previously deemed next to impossible, but a timeline that was necessary due to the looming Pandemic. Worre Studios would eventually serve as a solution to the problem brought about by the pandemic not only for her own company, but for many others too.
“What started as a solution to reach and educate a broader audience with my company became the platform to support the growth of our business, the future development of our clients’ businesses, and the vehicle for my company to engage and impact lives worldwide,” says Worre.
To date, from prominent celebrities and politicians to notable brands such as Dell Technologies, ESPN, and UFC—to name a few—have partnered with Worre Studios to share their product and stories with a global audience.
Worre Studios is an interactive production facility with advanced technology that allows virtual and traditional events to be hosted from anywhere in the world. It offers the utmost, high-quality experience for live events. “When I decided to build Worre Studios, everyone told me it wasn’t possible without prior experience. Leveraging my resources, I assembled a team of the best audio and video production professionals to construct a 25,000-square-foot state-of-the-art production studio in Las Vegas that was designed to produce the ultimate interactive virtual experiences in the world,” says Worre.
Worre Studio’s first event attracted tens of thousands of participants in December 2020, and has continued to impressively increase their numbers. Worre Studios can host up to 500,000 virtual interactive participants (that one can interact with) at once, all the while streaming to millions, and can simultaneously translate events into multiple languages, giving participants all over the world the opportunity to have the same experience. Worre is committed to building with the most advanced technology to keep Worre Studios on the cutting edge in the years to come.
Worre’s advice to others? Develop a problem-solving mindset. Worre says, “Entrepreneurs must understand the needs of their customers and be able to communicate the unique features their product offers in satisfying those needs. By doing so, they will create a competitive advantage within their industry.”
Dedicated to empowering women, building and growing her business and impacting lives, Worre continues to follow her entrepreneurial path. If you want to continue following Marina Worre’s journey, you can follow her Instagram @marinaworreor visit her website worrestudios.com.
