Having grown up in the southwest of England, he came from a working class family, seeing his family around him work hard for he most simple of things in life. Through many failures and many set backs he is now living his best life as a content and social media marketing wiz in the Austrian Alps after fleeing the UK in the height of the pandemic.
Having spent a lot of time reflecting on his life and the direction that he saw it going he decided to take a massive leap of faith and learn as much as he could about his own life and how’s to help others with their lives to inspire them to live to their true potential.
At start of the 2020 his inspiration gave birth to his brand, the 1 Minute Movement. Starting off as 1 minute clips of motivational messages on Instagram, he started to build a following quickly and grew the brand to the 1 Minute Movement it is today, after having more things to add to the messages.
