Netflix has announced that the highly anticipated adaptation of Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel “All the Light We Cannot See” will be released on December 31, 2021. The series is expected to be a major highlight of the streaming service’s end-of-year lineup.

The series is being produced by 21 Laps, the production company behind the hit Netflix series “Stranger Things.” Shawn Levy, the director and producer of “Stranger Things,” will also serve as an executive producer on “All the Light We Cannot See.”
