Joseph F. Mullins, an American businessman and politician, is known for making notable contributions in the corporate and public sectors. He is the founder and president of The Mullins Companies and the Flagler County commissioner in Northeast Florida. He is also a businessman and vice chairman of the Northeast Florida Regional Council Affordable Housing.
