Blending charging, dining, and retro-futuristic flair, Tesla’s first diner opens 24/7 in West Hollywood.
Tesla has officially unveiled its first-ever diner and drive-in concept in West Hollywood, redefining what a roadside stop can be. Located at 7001 Santa Monica Boulevard, right along the legendary Route 66, the new Tesla Diner is equal parts retro fantasy and futuristic utility — combining high-speed charging, classic American fare, and immersive entertainment.
Spread across a sleek 9,300-square-foot, two-story building designed by Stantec, the diner features 80 next-generation V4 Supercharger stalls, making it the largest urban Supercharging station in the world. Solar canopies shade part of the lot, contributing to a 12 million kilogram annual reduction in CO₂ emissions, as Tesla continues pushing the boundaries of sustainable innovation.
Inside, the diner serves 24/7 and offers seating for over 250 guests. The space is marked by curved metal architecture, neon glow accents, and panoramic glass walls that pay homage to mid-century Americana, all reinterpreted through a modern lens. Upstairs, visitors can relax on the rooftop “Skypad” terrace overlooking the city, while watching films or media content on two massive 20-meter LED megascreens.
Food orders can be placed the old-fashioned way—or directly through the Tesla vehicle’s touchscreen, with staff delivering meals car-side. Curated by chef Eric Greenspan, the menu offers nostalgic diner staples with a Tesla twist: think smash burgers, hot dogs, chicken and waffles, and hand-spun milkshakes, all served in minimalist Cybertruck-inspired packaging.
The Tesla Diner also doubles as a retail space, featuring exclusive merchandise like Tesla Bot figurines, diner-themed apparel, and branded confections—turning the stop into a destination for fans and travelers alike.
With this Hollywood launch, Tesla isn’t just offering a recharge—it’s inviting visitors to experience the future of the roadside diner, seamlessly blending electric infrastructure with culture, comfort, and cinematic fun.
