After much anticipation, SZA has officially confirmed the release date for her SOS deluxe album, Lana. The new project will be available on December 20, 2024. SZA shared the exciting news via Instagram, along with a teaser for the track “Dreams,” featuring Emmy-winning actor Ben Stiller. The teaser, inspired by Severance season two, showcases Stiller driving in his car and singing along to the song, expressing a full spectrum of emotions.
Initially announced in February 2023, Lana was revealed as the title of the deluxe edition in September of the same year. SZA has previously described the deluxe album as “like a whole other album,” teasing that it will feature around seven to 10 additional tracks. The album’s release comes ahead of SZA’s co-headlining tour with Kendrick Lamar, set to kick off in April 2025.
