Smart Wholesale; a sister company of Smart FBA has reached record sales numbers from the app that’s hit the marketplace. Cohen Chorabik, CMO of Smart Wholesale & Smart FBA, recognized the need to create an app that would help facilitate client communication. Clients of Smart FBA can download the app “Smart FBA Client Portal” to effectively view their Amazon store with their unique store credentials.
Cohen states, “As we’ve grown over the years and now manage over 250 client stores, one thing I started to realize was the bandwidth of communication needed to be optimized. Rather than reaching up to every client separately, we needed to integrate technology to make this process more efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out with our app integration. It’s allowed our clients to stay on top of their stores and condensed the lag time tremendously, so they stay on top of ordering more products for their stores.”
Smart Wholesale now employed close to twenty staff members and is rapidly becoming one of the largest Amazon FBA suppliers in USA. With more volume coming to the warehouse, Smart Wholesale is gearing up for a large fourth quarter ahead.
The app currently allows clients to view their outstanding product orders, purchase inventory, view store performance and receive communication directly from Smart FBA & Smart Wholesale. Smart Wholesale is also building out apps for their largest white label partners so they too can have a positive interaction with their clients. It is currently only available on the iOS marketplace. In the future, Smart Wholesale aims to make this available for all users.
