At just 25 years old, NBA YoungBoy has cemented his place in hip-hop history by becoming the rapper with the most entries on the Billboard 200 chart.
The Baton Rouge artist achieved this milestone with the release of his latest project, MASA, which debuted at No. 6 on the chart. This marks his 34th project to enter the Billboard 200, officially breaking the previous record held by E-40, who had 33 entries. YoungBoy now leads a legendary list that includes Snoop Dogg, Gucci Mane, Tech N9ne, Lil Wayne, Nas, JAY-Z, 2Pac, and Future.
MASA also gave YoungBoy his 16th top 10 album, tying him with both JAY-Z and Nas for the third-most top 10 entries among rappers.
His rise has been nothing short of relentless. Since his debut, YoungBoy has dropped 34 projects over eight years—only eight of which are official studio albums. The rest consist of mixtapes, EPs, and compilation releases. He’s shown unmatched consistency, releasing eight charting projects in a single year not once but twice, in 2018 and 2022.
With MASA earning 49,000 equivalent album units in its opening week, NBA YoungBoy continues to prove he’s one of the most prolific and influential voices in modern hip-hop.
