Luxury met high drama on the Sicilian coast as Bulgari unveiled its breathtaking “Polychroma” high jewelry collection in Taormina, Italy—and all eyes were on Lisa. The global sensation, best known as a member of Blackpink and soon to star in season three of The White Lotus, stunned in a sculptural masterpiece by designer Krikor Jabotian.
The event, held on Monday evening, was nothing short of a spectacle. Set against the enchanting backdrop of Taormina—coincidentally the setting for The White Lotus season two—Bulgari presented 60 one-of-a-kind “millionaire” pieces in a three-act show that celebrated the house’s signature blend of heritage, craftsmanship, and opulence.
Seated front row, Lisa exuded timeless elegance and contemporary edge in a gown that seemed lifted straight from a Renaissance artwork. Jabotian’s creation featured intricate, shell-like floral embellishments that cascaded down the front of the dress, reminiscent of seaside treasures or the delicate reliefs carved into ancient Italian sculptures. These three-dimensional accents, paired with the dress’s dramatic structure, gave the ensemble the air of a wearable masterpiece.
Adding an unexpected twist, the gown was accented by a vibrant yellow, cloud-like puff that circled Lisa’s neckline and wrapped around her shoulders like a sculptural shawl. Her arms tucked gracefully through the bold detail, lending the look a sense of modern whimsy.
Naturally, as a global ambassador for Bulgari, Lisa completed her look with show-stopping jewels. She wore the Serpenti Sunburst silver diamond necklace—an opulent choker featuring glimmering chandelier-style pendants and a coiled snake motif that peeked out from the center, nodding to the house’s iconic serpentine theme.
Between her commanding presence, avant-garde gown, and dazzling jewels, Lisa effortlessly embodied the spirit of the evening: bold beauty, timeless artistry, and unapologetic luxury.
