Despite the tremendous setback, Varkpeh didn’t give in to despair. He made a trip to Philadelphia to clear his head and find himself once more. After four months of reflection and soul-searching, he returned to Minnesota with renewed determination. As of October 2023, he has achieved remarkable success, opening three restaurants and resurrecting his business Avanti, among other new ventures.
Varkpeh’s journey hasn’t been without its struggles. He learned the intricacies of creating and managing teams, a process filled with both triumphs and lessons. One defining moment was when his business in the health and wellness industry faced internal conflicts and personality clashes. Rather than giving up, he chose to rebrand the venture as “Beavanti Corp,” a testament to his unyielding spirit.
