It is a project instigated by a couple based in Australia, Ilana Borshtin (a digital marketer) and Boaz Sawicki (computer programmer and entrepreneur). The need to take care of Mother Earth is because nature is suffering and calling for action. The record-breaking heat, cold, floods, wildfires and hurricanes are some examples of the unhealthy. The ecosystems are damaged and should be restored in order to, if not eliminate then, reduce poverty and animal extinction. The Mother Earth NFT Restoration aims to stop, halt and reverse degradation of ecosystems. The question arises regarding how these NFTs shall be. Like any other NFT, every Mother Earth NFT is a uniquely designed and crafted piece of work. The artwork that one chooses would be a feminine representation of the divine ‘Mother Earth’. What puts this NFT apart from others is that there are over 280 hand-drawn traits that make up each Gaia-inspired image. For instance, the image chosen would have Gaia’s hair, hairpiece, skin color, eyes, clothes and other accessories which would link together to create an image of a beautiful divine feminine figure. Some of the traits are rare, just as some people have rare traits, but all are equal in the eyes of the Universe. Each Mother Earth NFT is special in its own uniqueness and form.
People can use these Love Mother Earth NFTs as an Avatar, and can spread the connection and love worldwide via different social media platforms. It is very simple yet impactful. When the founder was questioned over the aim of Mother Earth NFT, the response was as follows: “We wish to unleash the power of the community to discover new ways to live and love. Let’s take responsibility for our future together. I believe that its everybody’s responsibility to leave a better world that the one we were born into for our children. This is the time for us all to join to make the positive change needed. We believe that the Mother Earth NFT community will become a huge movement for good on this planet not only for the financial investment gains, but also a personal investment in your future. We humans need to come together in unity to make a positive change for all.” Another question which comes to mind is how these NFTs would go about bringing the world together to make it better. Well it all depends on how many NFTs are sold. When 25% of the Mother Earth NFTs are sold, $5000 shall be donated to Animal Sumatra and $1000 to five lucky Mother Earth NFT holders. Moving forward, when 50% of these NFTs shall be sold, $7500 individually shall be donated to Ocean Cleanup and Wires Wildlife Protection, and $3000 to five lucky Mother Earth NFT holders.
There are several projects in which Mother Earth NFT has ventured in. For instance, when 75% of the Mother Earth NFTs shall be sold $5000 shall be donated to Australian Wildlife Society and another $5000 to Mother Earth NGO. A treasure chest shall be made with $25,000 for the community. An amazing offer for the community would be that a lucky Mother Earth NFT holder shall receive $20,000 and $5000 to three other lucky ones. When 95% of these NFTs are sold, a grand bonus shall be given to the team, including the artist and the programmer. Eventually, when 100%, the community will hug trees and purchase a farmland, where 10 lucky Mother Earth NFT holders shall be welcomes to visit. Moreover, one very lucky holder shall be awarded with a Tesla. All these donations and awards are for the basic purpose of improving Mother Earth for the future generation.
