Ben Savage, the actor of "Boy Meets World," has indicated that he wants to run for West Hollywood City Council.
Savage cannot run, though, as he does not match the residence criteria.
Candidates must have spent at least six months living in West Hollywood in order to be considered by the city council.
Savage had a residence in Los Angeles before, but not West Hollywood.
The possibility of Savage standing for City Council intrigued several locals.
